Cem is a Senior Advisor in Pharma Strategy, Investments and Operations.

Cem is a seasoned global executive with over 25 years in healthcare, biotech, and strategic investing. Previously he was the Chief Investment Officer of Eczacibasi Healthcare, part of a USD2.5B multinational conglomerate. Before that, he was the EVP, Chief Consulting Officer for Norstella, one of the largest pharma data, consulting and tech-services platform. Prior to that, he was the Global Head of Portfolio Strategy Consulting for IQVIA in London. Cem currently serves on advisory boards of several biotechs and VCs.

Cem holds a Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on applied AI from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MSc and BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
